Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Mr. Mahender Pundir, who brings the robust, slow-cooked traditions of Uttarakhand in North India — pahadi lamb, smoky tandoor breads and hand-ground garam masalas made in-house every week.

Alongside him, Chef Frenon Fernandes carries the coastal soul of Goa in South India: coconut, kokum, curry leaf and the bright, vinegar-sharp heat of xacutti and balchau.

Together they blend North and South on one menu, cooking with health-rich spices — turmeric above all — for their colour, aroma and natural anti-inflammatory goodness. Everything is prepared fresh to order, for dine-in and takeaway alike.
